📦 Return & Refund Conditions

• We offer a full refund only if the product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
• No returns or refunds will be accepted for opened or used products under any circumstances.
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

🚫 Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched for delivery.
• Once the order is out for delivery or delivered, it cannot be canceled.

💰 Refund Process

• If the return is approved, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
